Citizens Debt Relief review: Debt consolidation

I have sent over 25 emails to this company about negotiations and they simply say they are working on it. I sent this email today to Theresa who is a supervisor supposedly. I sent the following today Theresa!

I have contacted your office on several occasions about communication with JPMorgan Chase. I contacted Hunt and Henriquez and they indicated they have only received a POA on my behalf on June 9Th. As of today no negotiation have been attempted by your office.
I provided your office with the summons and complaint now they filed a default judgment against me.
If I do not hear from your guys office I would like a full refund as nothing has been done on settling any of my debt per the agreement I signed with your office.
As of right now as I send this email you were to give me a call back today per Jennifer in your office. I contacted your office and you are closed for the day.
Since I will be negotiating my own settlements now, and no work was actually done on my behalf. I am requesting a full refund forthwith.
