Citicards.com review: Website

I simply want to pay my credit card bill. Citicards.com is the worst website I have ever encountered. This website has been getting worse every succeeding month, but now, after trying for several days, once I enter the sign-on information all I get is a blank white screen. This has happened repeatedly. The site never goes to the payment screen. I do indeed have slow rural internet service, but I have no trouble paying bills with other entities whose sites work properly and quickly. I have no more time to waste with citibank and now unfortunately must seriously consider using another bank as my main funding source after decades of congenial operations because of this impossible website. I would like to pay my bill!
