Citi Diamond review: Preferred cards

In 2009 i received this card and just like the 30 other cards i use i put it in my safe for until they come up with quarterly promotions. Upon using the cards a few times i call in (After i had been monitoring online) wondering where my rewards were as i wanted to use them for statement credit which was offered. They told me to go to this website that i typed in that didn't exist. At this time i got another deal last year and used it and the same thing. No rewards credit available. The offer clearly states can be used for statement credit which they

tell me theres no way it says that and im staring right at it. Now today they send me to authentic website to some of the most ridiculous worthless rewards ive certainly ever seen. All i want is my rewards money that i have built up over 13yrs as i have always held up my end with payment on time. Im sick and tired of arguing with these people as i can tell they have done this a lot. This is just 1 of the many offers i have signed up for
