In early October, I placed a service request about my gas hearing unit. After the company's local repair contractor came and checked out the equipment, he placed an order for a part that needs to be purchased. when I checked a couple at the end of October, I was told the the part is on its way. In mid November, I was told that the order was cancelled because it was not covered un the the warranty. Checking with the technician, I confirmed that the part was covered but various companies make the product under different name. For this simple reason, my family and I spent two months and half without heating in these cold season while paying the monthly fee. At the end i cancelled the contract but I would like this company to held accountable for cheating.

Desired outcome: Since I cancelled my contract, I don't expect them to repair my equipement how ever, I would like to be compensated for cruelty that my family suffered the last two months
