Cigsway.com review: Ordering cigarettes online from cigsway.com

I paid $132 to cigsway.com for 3 cartons of Marlboro gold cigarettes. The cigsway.com driver that was to deliver the order to my residence promised me if I paid a $30 delivery fee he would not ask for anymore money and deliver my order. Well I paid the $30 and now cigsway.com is demanding I pay another $50 to have the cigarettes delivered.

They have broken their promise to me and have taken my money without delivering the product I paid for.

What can be done to force them to deliver my cigarettes order to my residence?
