I am the practice manager of Sentara Afton FM. I called to request a prior authorization and spoke with Cierra Tusson. I did not identify myself as management and am glad I didn't, as I feel I got her true self. Cierra had a nasty attitude, was rude and very unprofessional. I deal with people on a daily basis and if she worked for me, she'd be written up. When customers call your pharmacy, they should have a pleasant conversation with your staff. I was highly disappointed with my interaction with your employee and now understand why we have so many complaints regarding this store.
