= on MULTIPLE occasions when i have attended to CHU BAKERY @ 498 William St Highgate Western Australia 6003 Australia

= due to extremely limited parking available roadside only.

= i have received MULTIPLE " verbal abuse " and " offensive comments " from neighbours next door to the CHU BAKERY premises.

= these disrespectful comments will not be tolerated by me nor anyone.

= chu bakery should be forced to RE-LOCATE to a more appropriate premises that has AMPLE parking and can handle LONG QUEUES EVERY DAY of the week

= IE. in current location, EVERY DAY there are long queues, hence, cars parked everywhere blocking traffic AND causing SEVERE SAFETY HAZARDS for road and pedestrians.

= this is turn is contributing to the " abusive and offensive MISconduct " from neighbours adjacent to chu bakery

= EG. these same neighbours are THREATENING " chu bakery " CUSTOMERS when they PARK on roadside AND the VERGE land ... which is PUBLIC land ... and NOT " private land " which these neighbours to CHU BAKERY are lying and claiming to be towards CHU BAKERY customers.

= POLICE have also been notified and reported to.

= Recommend CHU BAKERY be forced to RE-LOCATE to a more appropriate premises where there is AMPLE parking and can accommodate the DAILY VERY LONG QUEUES which go at least 100metres up the road EVERY DAY !
