Chowking Las Pinas review: Poor service / long waiting time

Good day,

I would like to file a complaint concerning Chowking Las Pinas Branch.

The transaction on my receipt was around 6:55pm. I ordered Chick n Sauce Lauriat. I have waited 45 minutes already and made a follow up with the supervisor, the front desk and other male crews. They attended to follow up on my order but still nobody dared or had the initiative to provide any feedback on how many minutes more should I wait nor if it was already being prepared. This was so disappointing since this was the second time that I had the same experience on the same branch with the same reason of prolong waiting time. Kindly check on this.
