Chinatera Hong Kong review: Diamond painting kits.

I ordered two diamond painting kits in January 2021. I have finished the first one and only just opened the second one to find the wrong beads have been sent to start the canvas! I have not opened the bead packages so could return them in exchange for the right ones. Don't seem to be getting anywhere to rectify the situation. Obviously the colours sent are no good to me. I would like either a replacement of the right beads or an exchange for the wrong ones I have. The canvas in question is 'I believe there are Angels among us' Please help as this project is in memory of my recently deceased Husband.
