Chevy Dealership in Ocala Florida Palm Chevrolet review: A vehicle trade in and purchase

My brother in law went to a dealership to look at used cars and he was manipulated out of his toyota truck fully loaded after knowing there were some mental issues, which were quite obvious. They had him buy a lemon. It was a very sad situation. I tried to step in for him after the fact but it did no good. They bought his car back at a huge loss. He signed under duress which we found out is against the law. They did this anyway. He was there all day and they questioned him several times and he could not make up his mind. It was very evident something was wrong mentally but they pushed the deal anyway. He had just lost his twin brother. This is very sad that this dealership would not give me his truck back the next day after I called and found out about this ordeal and the fact that theycould have accomodated someone who was in mental duress. Shame on them!
