I arrived at the Braintree Cheesecake Factory and as I was arriving I received a text from them that my order was ready and would be sitting at the dessert area when I go in. First off I ordered curbside. So I wait in my car about fifteen minutes and no one showed up. I get out of the car, go inside and food still was not at the dessert counter. I had to give the server my name and ask for it and he still had to get it from the back. I asked him doesn’t curbside mean it gets bought out to the car and he replied yes typically. I am so frustrated with bad customer service at this point.
Desired outcome: Better communication and service
