They helped me out with my loan and made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs a loan or just wants to cash a check.

I been tryin' for 3 days to complete my application on Check 'n Go website. Finally got approved, but then they added some random number to my account and now I can't get the verification code to e-sign my application. I been tryin' for 3 days and spoke to several people, but all of them have been inept. No one can seem to fix the issue. It's the most inept company I have ever had to deal with. I recommend using another company. This is just ridiculous. I mean, how hard can it be to fix a simple issue like this? I'm so frustrated right now. I don't even know what to do. I just want to get my loan and move on with my life. But no, Check 'n Go has to make everything so difficult. I don't understand why they can't just do their job properly. It's not like I'm asking for the world here. All I want is a simple loan. Is that too much to ask for? Apparently, it is. So, if you're thinking about using Check 'n Go, I would advise against it. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I tried to get a payday advance from Check 'n Go, but it was a total waste of time. So, I recently checked out Check 'n Go's website (checkngo.com) and I gotta say, I was a bit confused. Apparently, the website and physical locations are different companies, but they both use the same website? That seems a bit odd to me.

Anyway, I was interested in getting a loan online, but I found out that I wouldn't be able to physically retrieve my funds at any nearby physical location like I could with Speedy Cash. That's a bummer. Speaking of other payday lenders, I noticed that Speedy Cash and others have a lower interest rate, so it really doesn't make much sense to take out a loan with Check 'n Go anyhow.

But that's not even the worst part. This is the first place I've ever done business with that will not take an early payoff. What kind of nonsense is that? They make you wait until the scheduled payday to pay off your loan. That's just plain dumb.

Honestly, Check 'n Go really needs to get its act together. Maybe they need a new CEO who can restructure the entire company. I mean, come on, guys. Get your $#*! together.

I had an extended payment that was due on the 31st of August. The previous clerk told me to call on the day it was due and remind them I do not get paid until the 3rd. I did as told. The person who I set up the extension with is no longer with the company. Kelly is who I spoke with who told me my check WOULD be deposited tonight and there is nothing that can be done an out it. The system would automatically deposit the check. She was very curt, interrupted me when I was speaking. Not becoming at all of a customer service individual dealing with the public. My husband and I went in to the same store on the prior Thursday and was not even spoken to when she let us in. Her attitude made us feel as if we were dirt (pardon the term). Once you start with this type of loan it's hard to get it paid off. I have never been made to feel so insignificant.

On October 2nd I was contacted by 906-863-7779; a person claiming to be a process server. He claimed he had court papers for me and that I could call 231-533-2165 to inquire what they were for. I called 231-533-2165 and the person on the phone claimed that he was trying to collect debt from me. He explained the debt was from Check-N-Go in Marinette, WI 54143 and the loan was taken out in 2008 and in 2012. This person said I was being sued for 9 Hundred something but I could pay 7 Hundred something that Icould be paid in 4 installments if I pay today. This person told me that I was in trouble with the FDIC and that I would not be able to have a checking account etc. I explained I have never been to Check-N-Go. I then called Check-N-Go in Marinette, WI 715-504-0842 I talked with Brooke. Brooke looked and I have never been to Check-N-Go

I been a loyal customer since 2015I go to your store to refinance a loan but I got declined. I received a letter in the mail saying declined but no reason why could you either call me at [protected] my name is williamtarves or email me at williamtarves @gmail.com I go to your store on Juan tabo in Albuquerque nm87108to refinance my loan cortny said I was declined but it doesn't tell her the cumputer could you explain to me way thank you an have a good day

I, Samuel King, paid on my loan with my debit card, as usual, on May 1st 2019 at the check & go at 1301 3rd ave. west, Birmingham, Ala.35208. Two days later, after paying all my bills, and receipts for all bills, I noticed that there was still more money than usual still on my card. So I back tracked and found out that, check & go had not gotten a payment off my card. Mind you, she said she swiped the card, gave me a receipt and for some reason my payment was not acknowledged. I called my direct express card bank (Comerica Bank) and was told that my card had not been swiped nor had a swipe even been attempted. Customer service number is 1-800-741-1115. I have the all the transactions for the month of May and I do not see no such transaction or attempted transaction for check & go. I am on disability and cannot afford to pay extra money. Bills take it all. I know I owe, but can not afford to pay on something I did not cause. Please work with me.

I just received an email from check n go and someone went into the store and tried to get money and used my name and address.I recently stayed in Cincinnati for work and I use my card for about everything. luckily they didn't get it because they didn't have proof of identity.but I don't know how they got my email address. Check & go infringed a extra copy of a disclaimer borrows agreement address to city of wilmington delaware 19801 causing extra payment out of order in payment periods of the loan process my checking account is jp morgan chase the mistake was for the amount 1000 please accredit to my account aba#[protected] acc#[protected] !

After having made three of five payments on the loan and being late for a day, these people processed an unauthorized debit payment out of a check number they had on file. This was not explained nor was the agreement made the day I spoke with the staff at Check and GO. This cost me more in the end as the back charged for the overdraft and left me a negative balance for a whole month. Their payments covered only $60 of the total loan. They have outrageous interest rates and I would never have used them, had the need not been great. It taught me a lesson to not use predatory lending to take care of other emergencies.

Then on Wednesday I takt to the manager Angel he said he is going to help us but now I rcvda call saying that my co-worker pay stub is a fraud that they submit to the fraud department for investigation I'm going to file Complaint against this company to accuse somebody in a wheel chair I thing is no right be careful with this people...

I got a load from Check N Go in dec of last year, i paid on it for 7 months stright being on time and letting them take the money out of my account.

Well it came time for me to have it paid off and i went online to pay and it said that i was up for another $250.00 loan well i was in a pinch with money but i tried to avoided it i called them and asked them about it( it would not let me pay online) and they said that we are offering you another $250, well i refused and they kept bugging me and would not let me pay the loan off, so i took the money, well now ALMOST A YEAR LATER, i just started fighting with them, my bank refused for them to take money outta of my account and sent it back to them so they turned around and sent it to a collections agengy not 3 weeks later i had 20 calls from these people, then they tried to take all the money out of my account at once, and i went and got it all removed, cause a lady called me and talked to me and told me she was with CMG and i told ok and, and she said we need to verift your information so we can get our money back i told her i did not have the money at the time and i did not have my info on me, and i hung up 2 days later all the money they were talking about was took out of my account, i had $575.00 worth of OD fees ECT.ECT so i went ot my bank the next pay check shut my account down changed banks, and everything today aug, 31 2010, a lady called me today from a "withheld number" and i answered she said her name i asked her who she was with and she said"herself", i starte listening and she said how many payday loans do you have i said 1 and she said oh, and started arguing with me about that they didnt take any money out of my account that i did not approve and asked me if i read my contract and i said yes but an collections agency does not have the right to take money out of your account with out verifing information, she deined them takeing money out, on top of all the money they took out they were took out another $45.00 fee and told me it was not them that took out a $45.00 fee. When nexted to it on the bank statement from the bank it said CMG? These people are in need of some help, i would like them to be out of my state as well, they are not worth a da** at all i have learned my lesson about pay day loans, and it will never happen again..
