I had an extended payment that was due on the 31st of August. The previous clerk told me to call on the day it was due and remind them I do not get paid until the 3rd. I did as told. The person who I set up the extension with is no longer with the company. Kelly is who I spoke with who told me my check WOULD be deposited tonight and there is nothing that can be done an out it. The system would automatically deposit the check. She was very curt, interrupted me when I was speaking. Not becoming at all of a customer service individual dealing with the public. My husband and I went in to the same store on the prior Thursday and was not even spoken to when she let us in. Her attitude made us feel as if we were dirt (pardon the term). Once you start with this type of loan it's hard to get it paid off. I have never been made to feel so insignificant.
Desired outcome: She definitely needs a lesson in dealing with the public and some sort of compassion.
