Cash advance
They advertise 100% Confident, secure and reliable. Seems to be a lie. I received the advance when they said I would get it. However, the day that I was scheduled to pay the money back they took double the payment that I was told via email and phone. I now have bank charges, plus the money I am out. My advance was $300, but they stole $705. If I am doing the math correctly that seems like 235%. When I contacted them about the issue all I get is delays tactics, while my bank continues to charge me. I have other bill that are coming in now and they will have bank charges added to them too.
illegal, unauthorized loan
A loan for $1, 000.00 was taken out in my name using my personal information online using an IP address that was not and is not mine. I am making payments on a loan I did not authorize or did not apply for. I am a victim in this matter and liable to repay a loan I did not apply for. I believe that the IP address used was Nigerian, but, I am not sure of it's exact origin. I do not feel I should be obligated to pay for a "high interest" loan I "did not authorize, approve" or have any part in initiating at all.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I never agreed to a loan and their taking money out of my account
they keep emailing and racking up charges that i dont have with them i know this is illegal and want them taken care of because im not paying them anything.
