BEWARE OF ANY PRODUCT RETURNS! I returned a sprinkler transformer part to this company because it didn't fit and only received a small fraction of a refund stating "it was the return policy due to it wasn't defective so shipping and return label cost (which I printed) were withheld from the refund." Additionally, prior to knowing this I purchased a new controller and wifi wand from them, costing $157.78 to replace my system instead. My inquiry as to why my refund was short was responded rudely to by Caleb M as: "So I'm required to pay for the shipping labels to get you a product that you change your mind on? We provide excellent customer service sounds more like poor judgement on your end...and the product was not defective, you just didn't want it." Seriously, this is the worst Customer Service in regards to a return that I have ever encountered. Note: I did not decide I didn't want it, it did not fit! You did not pay for a shipping label that I printed at home. And to further claim you waived a 15% restocking fee so you "technically refunded me more" is another insult. Additionally, Mr. M continues emailing me about his great customer service, and it's my problem, to check his 5 star reviews...however, I only see 1 review. 1 star from me for the final product ordered. JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !
