Reflection's Landscaping is amazing, I would definitely work with them again. Mike came out in April to talk about our project with us, gave us some ideas, and we got a really detailed estimate. He told us they were super busy and they couldn't do our project until mid-June, but we were cool with that because we knew there was a shortage of supplies and workers. Andre' and his team came out in June for three days, just like they said they would. It was super hot outside but they all worked really hard. When they were done, the whole project looked absolutely awesome. We had a couple of little things that needed fixing a few days later. I called Mike and the next day Benjamin came out to take care of it all. I wanna thank everyone at Reflection's Landscaping for being so professional, paying attention to all the details, working hard, and doing such a beautiful job!

We had a scary floodin issue late summer 2021. A new home was built next door to our home and as usual a new home usually is built up several inches with sand and clay. As result the end of last summer brought several inches of rain from storms that occurred over several days and our side yard had a about a foot and half of standing water and we were now receiving run-off water from the new home approximately 15-18" higher than our yard. Fortunately no water entered the house but we felt we needed to call a professional to figure out how to mitigate our problem. Mike from Reflections came out and inspected the area and provided us a detailed plan to add a drainage system designed to capture large quantities of both surface and under ground water, then efficiently transport the water through a PVC pipe underground to the street. The entire process was professional and the team at reflections were so friendly and answered are many questions and last we are so pleased with the results. My wife and I witnessed a heavy rainfall recently and we had no collection of water anywhere and were thrilled with the results. I will definitely have Reflections back for future landscape needs.

Mike from Reflections helped me plan a project to stop water from getting into my porch patio in the new Henry Homes development. I also wanted a patio extension and porcelain tile over all the existing and new patio. I was impressed by how he put it all together in coordinating several sub-projects that could satisfy the vision I needed completed in a few weeks. Andre's crew professionally installed a French drain with a partial block wall between the French drain path and a new digout for a concrete patio by a subcontractor (happening the same day). The new patio was poured by the subcontractor the next day. Finally, Juan's crew installed a beautiful porcelain tile over all the existing and new patio. They had to square off the new concrete by moving out the wall, which required a reset of the wall. Benjamin's crew came and set the wall completely right next to the porcelain tiled patio. The completed project is beautiful. It looks as classy as what I had wished for! There were a few mistakes by the subcontractors Reflections coordinated with, but when reported, I was reassured they would make it right, and they did! I love how the whole plan came together just as the original vision. I hope to use Reflections in a future project, a Reflecting pool beyond the French drain. I appreciate their professionalism, their very hard work in the jobs they do, and their trustworthiness.

Reflections Landscaping did a wonderful job(s) for us at the end of 2020. They were able to find the cause of our garage flooding and fix it with the removal of a tree and installation of a drainage system. In addition, they designed us a beautiful yard art landscape. Would highly recommend them.

Thanks to your wonderful crew for taking care of my elderly parents and their property. Your guys were perfect gentlemen and were very attentive to their requests. We've used several lawn service/ landscaping companies over the past 10 yrs. By FAR, "Reflections Landscaping" has been the BEST! The staff is ALWAYS professional, friendly and competent. Several times they have gone above and beyond. They are a little more expensive than other companies but they are worth every penny. The work is hard and I've heard the owner pays his crew well - which is important to me.

The team at Reflections Landscaping put in a French Drain for me. Water from higher ground was eroding my property and undermining my foundation. They evaluated the problem and came up with the perfect solution. The crew was professional, experienced and efficient. I had many questions about the job, and they were always willing to stop and explain the process. I will definitely use Reflections, when needed, for future landscaping.

We enjoyed working with Reflections. The crews are very talented and capable. We developed a plan and budget for major work needed in the back yard. The costs were fair and we stuck to the plan. Our work included sprinklers, hardscape, raised flower beds, french drains, and fencing. Even with all this work, and during the difficult time of covid, we had to real problems with Reflections. We appreciate their hard work and integrity and would hire them again anytime. A special thanks to Mike.

Today I had my first lawn service with Reflections Landscaping. In the past I have used other lawn services and have never used them again and for the last 3 summers I have done it myself. Today I received a fantastic service and plan to become a regular customer. *** and *** were very professional and pleasant in addition to doing an awesome job. When they were finished they asked me to walk around and make sure i was happy and if not they would make it right before leaving. I plan to use this company again and have requested that only *** and *** be the ones to touch my yard.

and *** came today and we were very pleased with the results. They listened to what I wanted, especially ***, who was in charge. Although I had been happy with Reflections for years before, we had been prepared to stop using them because our long-standing requests were not being communicated to new crews while we were away for some time. Today I met *** and explained what we wanted. He double-checked with me a couple of times about specific pruning tasks, for example, and the yard looks much better. *** and *** work renewed our faith and we plan to continue to use Reflections.

I've already posted before and after pictures all over my Facebook page of the wonderful transition. I know we are in uncertain times right now but the work ethic that *** and *** portray for your company is the exact meaning and example of the name "Reflections" and what it means. Reflections Landscaping, LLC is a total rip-off! They charged me $250 for a service that I never even asked for! Supposedly they did some work on my yard on 11/25, but I work from home and I never saw them there. I tried calling them three times to complain, but they never answered. I even left a message, but they never bothered to call me back. Then, out of nowhere, I get a call from their billing department in January 2022, and now I'm getting harassed by a collections company! Don't waste your time or money on these scammers!

Reflections did sprinklers in my backyard in Feb 2020. But on 4/28, both toilets and tubs backed up. I called a septic tank company to come empty tank, but that was not the problem. I needed a plumber to come find and unclog pipes. The plumber found a clogged pipe outside of the house, which was the main drain line to the septic tank. The pipe had been broken during the sprinkler installation. Three irrigation lines were laid on top of and through the broken septic line. The plumber replaced the broken septic lines and had to "ninety" the three irrigation lines over the septic line. I sent an email explaining the problem and sent photos and receipts of repairs completed to repair damage created by the work of Reflections. Keith responded and requested documentation. I resent receipts and photos. After a second and third email, I am still waiting for a response from Reflections Landscaping. At the time of sprinkler installation, I was not made aware of damage. The plumber said people completing work had to know.

This company is not good at following up and they don't return phone calls or messages. They were supposed to put in a lawn sprinkler system and do some landscaping work. They said they would fix any problems that came up after the installation, but the sprinkler system wasn't working right after just a few months. Some of the sprinkler heads weren't working and some parts of the lawn weren't getting water. We tried calling and leaving messages, but they never got back to us. They also didn't use enough good soil for the plants, so a lot of them died or almost died. They even took two plants that we had put in ourselves and didn't give them back. We kept trying to get in touch with them, but they never called us back. Sometimes when we did get through, they said they were too busy to come. The work they did was really bad and they didn't follow up well at all.

I got a bill from a collections company for $188.06, but I don't owe them anything. I talked to Michael in July and told him I didn't want their services anymore because they weren't doing a good job. We paid $55 per cut through PayPal, but the staff rushed through the job and left uneven grass and weeds. They finished in less than 15 minutes sometimes. When I fired them, I told Michael we paid everything we owed. He said we could get a free cut if we came back. We had to dispute charges a few times because they tried to charge us for extra stuff without asking. If we needed extra work, we had to pay in advance by check. We only did that twice and paid in full. They called me a month ago to say I owe them money, but I told them everything I just said.

Reflections Landscaping, LLC was hired to fix drainage problems and do some landscaping on my property. Michael, the guy in charge, talked a big game about being experienced in drainage and how they've solved tough problems for other customers. We walked around the property and talked about the project. I told him about the storm water flow and the problems it caused. We talked about the "Y" connection between the downspout and catch basin in front of the house. The downspout drained into the basin and caused overflow, which washed away plants, soil, and sod. It also caused erosion under the concrete. I texted him pictures and a diagram showing how we wanted to separate the basin from the downspout. He said it would cost extra. We finalized the details on 03/16/22 and it cost over 11k.

Later, Michael decided not to separate the basin from the downspout. He said the water was getting diverted into the basin because it wasn't "elevated down" properly. He did sign a guarantee that he would fix it at his own expense if it failed. His crew finished the project on 06/02/22. There were other problems during the work, but I'll talk about those later. When it rained again in June, it was obvious that the drainage issue with the catch basin wasn't fixed. The downspout continued to pour into it, causing overflow and erosion. I shared pictures and videos with Michael, but he got defensive and said it was working fine. He even said he'd charge me more if I wasn't happy. He sent his project supervisor to look at it, and he was rude and said I got what I paid for. He said I needed to spend more money to install a bigger basin. I want them to stop making excuses and fix the problem like they promised.
