mitch and his crew did a great job taking 4 trees down in my backyard they left it cleaner than i expected. timber ridge tree care is the way to go for all your tree needs. they know what they're doing and they do it well. i highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done.

Timber Ridge Tree Care was dope! They did a great job, yo! The crew was chill and respectful. They made sure not to mess up our backyard with their big equipment. We were stoked with their work and will hit them up again when we need to. I'd totally recommend them based on our experience.

Timber Ridge Tree Care came to my house the same day I called and took down a tree that was on my roof. They did it fast and safe and left my yard looking great. They helped me with my insurance and gave me some tips to make everything easier. They were really nice and quick with their tree service!

So, there was this big storm and it messed up my house real bad. Five trees fell on it and I was freaking out. But then I called Timber Ridge Tree Care and they came over super quick with their crew and a crane to get rid of the trees. They were real professional and had the latest gear to handle the job. They even gave me an estimate for my insurance right away. I was so relieved and grateful that I picked the right company.

Don't use Timber Ridge Tree Care, they're selfish and not worth it. A guy came over and said the insurance covered the job. I had a tree on my house and they charged way too much. The insurance paid a fair price but they still want more from me. They're using dirty tactics and it's not resolved yet. I wish I had cut the tree myself. I gave them one star but they don't even deserve that.

I had 2 oks fall on my house 2 weeks ago during a wind storm. A thunderstorm was predicted for the next day. Timber Ridge Tree Care had a crew out that day, they removed everything and trimmed as much as they could from one of the trees that is leaning. They put boards down to protect the yard, and were very careful to not cause additional damage while removing the trees. They got my roof well tarped before night fall and this prevented a lot of additional damage as we had a real gully washer the next day. The crew was knowledgeable, and came with the right tools to get the job done safely and right. They even gave me a veterans discount!

Watch out! I'm telling you, others should write their own reviews too. A big ol' hickory tree fell on my house during a storm on 7/23. Timber Ridge Tree Care charged me a whopping $25k to take it down. My insurance company is only willing to pay a little bit of that. When I saw them pull up, my neighbor warned me not to use them. The owner, who goes by ***, is a real smooth talker and just wants to rip you off. He said that the invoice wasn't mine, it was my insurance company's. But he wouldn't talk to my adjuster. When the invoice finally came, it was from Maple Valley Tree Care. When I got quotes for other hickory trees on my property, they were only $1800. I kept track of all my conversations with *** and my adjuster, but when my adjuster tried to call the office, they said they were having phone problems. They only used one chainsaw and most of the time, his crew was vaping. That seems pretty dangerous to me... I'd give them negative 5 stars if I could. But I had to leave one star to post this.

Watch out! After the storm, we needed a big branch from our neighbor's tree taken off our house. We called the company our insurance agent suggested, but they were too busy. They gave us other companies to call. I called the first one and they said they could do it. The branch had to be removed so we could see the damage to the house. Timber Ridge Tree Care/Servcore Group LLC came and finished the job in under an hour. When we got the bill, it was for $5,600.00. Their contract says they can charge double per hour and for 8 hours, no matter how long it takes, because it's an emergency! Their machines also messed up our driveway, which they don't have to take responsibility for. Our insurance and we paid their fee, but I think they're taking advantage of people in emergencies. I hired Timber Ridge Tree Care to do some work on my property on Wed 9/1 & Thurs 9/2, 2021. But on Fri, 9/3, I noticed some cracks and an indentation in the walkway. Plus, there was a big crack in the center of the front porch that went all the way up to the house. I contacted Timber Ridge and they gave me the arborist's cell phone number. They also gave me the owner's cell phone number. The arborist told me to contact the owner if I didn't hear back from him by Tue, 9/7. The owner texted us on Wed 9/8 and said they weren't responsible for the damage. He said he had someone look at it and the damage was too far away from the house to cause foundation issues. On Thurs, 9/9, I reached out to the owner again about the damage to the porch and possible foundation issues. I asked for a response, but as of Sun, 9/12, I haven't heard back. We want the front porch and damaged section of walkway repaired and a foundation inspection.

We used Timber Ridge Tree Care for tree removl, stump grindin and haulin away materials on our lot. The estimator came to our house to look at the work we wanted done and we talked about the scope on site that included them removin all trees, debris from the trees and all the remainin grass clippings on our lot. We chose them over other companies even tho their quote was much higher cuz we liked their scope of work better. When they sent me the invoice and considered the job completed they didn't remove any grass clippings and left parts of the trees behind that were cut down. I called their estimator and asked when they were gonna come back to finish the scope and I was told to contact the township that I live in to see when fall clean up day is and to remove the remainin materials myself. I said it will cost me $500 plus the inconvenience to rent a skid steer for a day to finish the work myself and their response was to take only $200 off the invoice.

e yet. Overall, I am very disappointed with Timber Ridge Tree Care. They gave me an estimate for $7.00, but charged me $560 after the work was done. They also left debris blocking my driveway and I had to hire someone else to remove it. The office manager agreed they made a mistake, but the owner has not responded to adjust the bill. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a big problem when a storm hit my house and two trees fell on it. I got in touch with Timber Ridge Tree Care through my insurance company. My wife was really upset and worried about the situation, but we sent some pictures to the tree company and they said they could do the job easily. We signed a contract that said it would cost ZERO dollars, but when they finished the work, they charged us $20,404.00! That's a lot of money! We tried to talk to the owner, but he wouldn't listen to us or our insurance company. They even put a lien on our house and we keep getting bills for late payment. Two other tree removal companies said they would have charged between $2,400 and $4,000 for the same job. I think Timber Ridge Tree Care is lying and charging too much money for an emergency situation. The owner said they did four other jobs that day and that the insurance paid for them, but that's not true. My insurance company is still trying to figure out how much we should pay, but I want this problem solved and the lien removed from my house. I have pictures and invoices if you need to see them. Me and my hubby had Timber Ridge Tree Care come and give us an estimate. We said yes to the estimate, paid our deposit and haven't heard from them since. On May 11, Matt R came to our crib and gave us an estimate for removing one tree, trimming over our backyard garden and limbs hanging over our house. We got their estimate, said yes on 5/22 and paid our deposit of $226.60 to get on their schedule. Once we paid, I got 1 call from Matt on 6/9, he left a message at our crib. I called him back early on the morning of 6/10 and he said he would need to talk to his boss, Dustin, to discuss dates, equipment availability and he would call me back. No return call so I called him again on 6/10 at 4:50 p.m. and was told that due to storm damage, there is no way they could complete our job for over a week. I was okay with this because other people had storm damage and fallen trees. I waited to hear from them and again no call so I called the business on 6/18 and left a message. No one called me back so I called again on 6/19 and asked to speak with Matt's boss, Dustin. The office girl gave me Dustin's phone number, I called him at 1:21 p.m. on 6/19, left a detailed message about our ongoing issue, asked him to contact me on my cell or office phones and I never heard from Dustin or Matt! When I arrived home from work Friday night (6/19), there was a voicemail message on my home phone from Matt asking me to call him. By the time I arrived home it was too late to call. I still do not understand why he would not call my cell or work phones as I directed because he could have easily reached me. On 6/22, I called Matt, we spoke and he said he would check the schedule and call me back. Again, no call so I sent Matt a text at 8:58 a.m. about scheduling. He sent a reply text stating "yes tomorrow is good for us, pending weather.." He said if it rained the equipment would be hard on our lawn. I told him I did not want any lawn damage and asked him to check the rest of his week and let me know the schedule. Again, no reply. I sent him another text later that same day and said obviously Tuesday will not be a good day because of the rain and could he please let me know what day they could schedule this job. As of today, August 3 we have not heard from this company. I finally stopped trying to reach them. It has been over 2 months since they took our money and have done nothing to complete the job. I should not have to chase this company to schedule an appointment, they have not even called me to update on any status of when the work may be done. Since this has happened, I've notice all the negative Google reviews against Timber Ridge Tree Care, seems several people have the same issues with this company. Also I see they have several complaints against them that were filed with the ComplaintsBoard.com. How you can allow this company to continue saying they are an Accredited ComplaintsBoard.com Business is beyond me. I want my money fully refunded. I would never trust this company to do any work in my yard. I'm sure if I did not take this action and did nothing, Timber Ridge Tree would just keep my money and ride off with the funds. I see from several other complaints/comments this company has a history of this type of behavior.
