Chavez Painting review: Finish a basement with sheetrock, texturizing, painting

I hired Antonio Chavez and his friend, Lea from Aurora, CO. to finish off my basement with Sheetrock, taping and sanding, texturizing, and paint. They have done a terrible job in which I have communicated with them asking them to come back and make it right. They have refused.

It turns out they also covered up or removed my smoke alarms in my basement that were present before they started. They refuse to answer the question if they were removed or covered over.

I have tried many times to get these two to make things right, but they refuse.

What can be done? I would like to hire someone else to make my basement presentable and get them to cover those expenses.
