Charles Schwaub review: Wire transfer challenge

We have tried twice to transfer money out of my wife account. I have been on the phone (on hold) for 35 minutes today with no results. We initiated this transfer and were told that it would go through in 24 hours. It has been 48 hours now and I am still on hold.

What do we need to do to complete this transaction? I spoke with a manager (who is the 4th person in over 70 minutes of effort during 4 phone calls with no effect. The manager is communicating with my wife Janece as I write this. He asked the same questions that the other people did. The manager also said they needed to verify but never called. I have been on this phone call for over 30 now.

I appreciate the security your trying to exercise but the lack of follow up and delay is very unprofessional.
