Charles Schwabb Chattanooga - Anna review: Internal Fraud and Calling Cops on me for complaining about being treated so poorly.

Anna at Charles Schwabb Chattanooga, TN was about as careless unhelpful and disrespectful as she could possibly be. Instead of hearing me out despite the fact I’d taken 3 flights from Portugal to meet with her she began repeating herself as a means to get me to leave rather than pay attention to the fact her company’s fraud dept had instructed me to meet with her as a means of a certain resolution. Specifically that the account would be opened and the hold removed. She even called me an hour before our meeting to confirm this was the case. But it wasn’t so.

I called her back but just as with all other calls it went strait to voicemail. So I showed up at the office to inform her. Instead of a caring person willing to listen and pay attention to what I’d been through I was met by something of a robot who had no interested whatsoever in where I was coming from and what her company had assured me.

I found her lack of concern and her company’s treatment repulsive and I voiced this to her during the meeting and her response was to make me out to be the bad guy and then call security/police on me. I don’t think what has happened to me is all her fault but apparently it is her and her company’s policy to shoot first then run/hide behind closed doors as quickly as possible. This type of treatment of others is a stain on our culture and the people who attempt to normalize it should be called out. Even if it means security and police get called. I never once cursed or threatened Anna. Assuming she’s not actually a robot then I imagine she may be embarrassed and ashamed of how they systematically treat people on a regular basis. As well she should be. Shame on these people who behave like this.
