Chardae C review: Snow shovelling

Needed shoveling immediately on Christmas Eve. On your site I scheduled it for Dec. 24 from 7 to 9 a.m., no one came. Finally got a message that they would do the job on Tuesday, 12/27/2022. Wrote back that would not work since we are having family over and needed it ASAP. On 12/25/2022 got a message saying that on Tues, Dec 17 at 9:30 am Chardae C at [protected] would come to do the work. We called him immediately and told him to cancel, since I was able to find someone in our area who was able to come on the 24th and do the work. We do not wish him to come or use yourservice since it was terrible. Wish you went back to Angi List, much more reliable.
