I contacted their customer support team and they told me to wait for another 12 hours. I patiently waited, but after 16 hours, I still didn't receive my ETH. I contacted them again and they told me to wait indefinitely. I was frustrated and felt like they had stolen my money.
I hope that ChangeNOW will return my money soon. I will update this review if they do. It's disappointing to have such a negative experience with a platform that I was excited to use.
