Dear Changelly Compliance Team,
I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the prolonged hold on my USDT-to-BTC swap. On May 14th at 10:52 (UTC+8), I attempted to exchange a substantial amount of USDT via your platform. While I have successfully completed transactions with Changelly before, this time, my funds have been held under AML review despite my full compliance with all KYC requests.
I have provided every document requested, including a bank withdrawal photo—despite serious privacy concerns. Over 40 emails later, I received this response:
"We’re sorry to hear about your concerns and want to assure you that there is no hidden agenda. Once we receive all the information needed to complete the AML check, your funds will be released or refunded, depending on the outcome of this review. We would like to remind you that we previously requested information regarding the source of funds associated with your exchange order. However, we have yet to receive the required details. We kindly request your understanding and adherence to our requirement."
However, I did provide all requested information (including my bank account withdraw photo), yet received another response:

At this point, I am extremely frustrated with the lack of progress and the repeated, unhelpful responses. I have read previous statements from Changelly stating that refunds will be processed if transactions are deemed non-compliant with AML/KYC policies. Therefore, I am now formally requesting that you either complete the review and provide the promised service or refund my funds immediately.
It is unacceptable for a customer to be left in this prolonged state of uncertainty. Please prioritize resolving this matter without further delay.
