Second complaint filed (no one contacted us about the first complaint): We signed with Champion for a 3 seasons room on March 3, 2023. Were told by the salesperson (Marty) that it would be installed late May early June. When I called Marty in May to see when to expect them so we could have the room cleared he told me 22-26 weeks after signing. He did not mention this date at all during his visit. We have made 2 payments (per our contract) and nothing and no one will contact us.
Desired outcome: Someone to contact us. And hopefully a room installed soon.
