We were provided a video bi ding estimate. Estimate was short but binding. We were verbally told our shipment would not exceed the binding amount. Moving day. All our items were packed in the truck. Then my husband of 60 yrs in age was told that the shipment exceeded the binding estimate and a additional charge was to be added and he had no recourse since...
