Cex.Io holds my funds for months after I provided all required documents for verification purposes to them, and since then they haven't been responding at all to my e-mails.

For the past three months, I have diligently complied with all additional verification requests and have submitted all the necessary documents as per your requirements. However, my assets continue to be withheld, and despite my numerous attempts to seek clarification and resolution through email communication, my concerns remain unaddressed.

I understand the importance of security and compliance, but the extended delay in reviewing my documents and the lack of communication from your end are causing me significant distress and financial inconvenience.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a clear timeline for the resolution of my case. I have entrusted cex.io with my assets and personal information, and I believe it is reasonable to expect timely and transparent customer support.

My goal is to have my assets released promptly, as I have fulfilled all the requested requirements and have patiently waited for a resolution. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter as swiftly as possible.

The screenshot is a proof of not being addressed to 6-7 of my demands consecutively for more than two weeks.

Sure, I have been on review and being asked the same questions for 80 days now. It is about three documents that verify the origin of funds, an INVOICE, BANK STATEMENT and TRANSACTIONS HISTORY.

After quite a long time of sending a history of transactions, I have been asked

This company makes it impossible to withdraw your money. I already terminated my business with them. An asset recovery team Againstcon. com tracked and recovered my money
