CEX.IO review: Account closure without explanation and account review

I am Tarreak Anthony Smith, associated with account ID UP161018572 and email neroking.[protected]@gmail.com . I am requesting a review of my account.

During the period I had access, I was repeatedly prompted to verify my address. I attempted to contact support to resolve this issue; however, due to the 6-hour time difference and your support reply policy, I was unable to complete the process in time.

I was later informed that I would no longer be offered the company’s services, and when I inquired further, I was told there was a breach. I kindly request a thorough review of this decision, as I am genuinely in need of the services provided.

I am fully willing to provide any additional information or clarification needed and to be completely transparent throughout this process.
