The management of Certispec Services Incorporated is not fulfilling the contract stipulated employee benefits which are written in the attached contract. The contract stated that benefits will take effect 3 months after being hired, but the provided insurance (Canada Life) makes my orthotics claim invalid for unknown reasons. Instead, the company terminated me on November 24th, 2022. without due notice.
