Certigy review: Check cashing

I have went into Walmart several times as well as Kroger and them again through my online banking accounts to cash a check and was refused. When I asked why I could t cash the checks I was given a slip of paper that gave the number to certigy and the website. When I called the number to find out what was keeping me from cashing a check a foreign lady I couldn’t understand informed me there are many reasons my check could have been rejected and to try and cash it somewhere else or deposit into my bank account. I was never told why I am unable to cash checks so I can remedy the problem for future checks. Both times it was a payroll check written out correctly.
