I ordered from this company a few years ago and everything went well. Something has happened with this company because an order I placed about 6 months ago took over a month to arrive. I thought maybe there was a temp problem and over looked it.
I placed an order in Jan 2026 and its now Feb 9th and the item still has not shipped from their Texas facility. Customer service just tells me thank you for my patience and they give me the same shipping number that shows the package has not left their facility.
No offer to refund, no offer to reprocess my order, nothing really. If its now here by the end of the week I'm going to register with BBB and call my credit card company about a fraud.
