My mortgage is just over a year old and always on time never missed a month. I was paying using auto-pay and incurred problems (3 times) - my fault. I would notify them and rectify the matters immediately. Because it was 3 times, Cenlar is not allowing autopay nor direct wires for my payments. They are saying only mailed in certified checks using USPS for delivery will be accepted. I asked that the matter be escalated, but to no avail. I discovered that wire transfers can be used to make payments, but they would not allow that from although wire transfers are more secure, expedient, and guaranteed than USPS. Wire transfers would immediately extract money from my designated bank account or other resource and wire it to them (not ACH). Representative, who was also very rude, said no. During this very painful matter, some Cenlar representatives were very nice, but others were extremely rude and cruel in their approach. I have had many mortgages, but have never incurred such severe and bad treatment as I received with the Cenlar FSB mortgage company. I am still aiming to restore the ability to do electronic payments. It has been approximately 3 weeks,
