Cemex

I worked for Cemex for 9mos. Was told by hiring manager Jose that we receive a quarterly bonus. I worked the full last 3 mos prior to leaving and a couple wks after. Oct - Dec. I quit Jan 23. Cemex sent bonus out 2/2/2023. I called HR to find out where mine was, and was told I do not get it since I left. Even though I worked the time frame. I want to see where this is in writing. Because I did my job, I did my part and now they are being horrible and giving what I was told I would receive

During covid I was hired to fill a gap due to CEMEX UK having no bid team.

I wasn't being paid on time to the terms discussed with Mark Owen, and Iron mountain was not communicating.

I had to chase a payment and was bullied by Louise West on the call, and subsequently had my family undermined as CEMEX refused to communicate with me or my business, preferring to go through your employee (my brother) and my wife (Who is not a partner of the contracting company) with confidential payment information.

I was also lied about during this process to my brother, and the family is now split.

Multiple rocks flew off your truck on June 27, and one broke my windshield. I a have contacted the company several times and it took multiple calls before I even got to a person who enailed me a windshield claim form. I sent the form back on the day I got it and I have gotten no response. It's been almost two weeks since I turned the form in. I asked for a followup and was told that an update had been requested - and then silence.

I applied for the loan, and used the services of the company Cemex Services Inc. They asked to pay for insurance fee, and after I transferred money to their account, they only promised to provide my loan. They changed days and time, and in the result I received nothing. I paid for the insurance about $5, 000, and I asked to return this money, but the seller didn’t reply to my emails, and the phone was switched off all the time. I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
