I ordered a planter box on April 9 2025. So far I have no received it and it has been 4 full weeks. I used the contact page to ask about the status, to which I received a regurgitation of the shipping policy. I reached out again via email and got no response at all. I used the contact page again saying that I needed an answer or i wanted to cancel my order. I got a response saying that my order was placed on the expedited shipping list - I presume because I complained. I was discouraged because planting season is going by and I don't even have my order yet. I called the number on the internet but no one answered and my only option was to leave a message. I did so but never received a call back. I would like to cancel my order at this time.
Desired outcome: I would like to cancel my order (#44123) and I would like someone from your company to confirm that it has been cancelled.
