Casseys Ford Benoni review: Service of vehicle

Good day
I have a 2017 Ford Ranger 2.2TDCI reg no. HC48ZT GP
I have been complaining for so long that the bakkie is using too much diesel.
The vehicle went into Casseys Ford Benoni on the 12th of January 2021 for 45000 service and they told me that the diesel pipe was loose which they fixed.
I took the bakkie back to Casseys on the 10th February 2021 as the diesel issue is worse. On Thursday 11th February 2021 they informed me that they stripped the vehicle and that they needed a part which they did not have and therefore the bakkie will have to stay there until Monday 15th February 2021 and hopefully I can have my bakkie back then.
This is totally unacceptable to wait 5 or 6 days for my bakkie
