Casey Collision Center review: Kevin Ranger

This gentleman hires his wife when she has to resign from her job for not being able to do it. While she worked here she did nothing but play around the office and was nothing but dead weight on the company. His son works here as well and spends most of the day on his phone, and is never on task and always needs help. He is a hold up in the body shop as someone always has to stop to help him, so that it can go to the next process. But also every time someone has to help him they fall behind, so they rush to make it happen. I my self and a few others have asked for raises based off of the extra work that Thomas creates for us. Kevin replied it is not in the budget. (Then why did you hire your wife to do nothing but be in the Casey advertisements) His son is lazy and a hold up, you could fire him and save money and the staff would be more productive with out them. As Thomas and Kevin come to work with their own agendas in mind and it is not always to work. Please put up cameras and follow them around and you’ll see they do nothing and everyone in the shop is chattering about it. It is a distraction and I think with the right management this can be a great place to work. Also I have heard Kevin call African Americans ‘stupid Canadians’ which is code word for the ‘N’ bomb. This should not be tolerated. If I hear this again I will be letting the customers know via FB with video and audio.
