Our business has had garbage pickup service with this company for one year now. Our pickup day is Friday. This past Friday 12/12 we noticed that after the garbage truck came to collect the garbage, they left about half of it in the dumpster (not the first time this has happened.) I called to report this and spoke to a very rude woman. She was basically telling me that it's my fault and I should be climbing into the dumpster to make sure nothing is frozen. Well I'm sorry, but I am not climbing into a dumpster to poke things with a stick. I pay for a service and I expect to get the service that I am paying for. I understand that we live in a cold climate, and that things like this happen, however I do not appreciate the rude remarks and attitude. The best way to handle this would have been for her to apologize and have someone come back out. This did not happen. I called back Monday morning when I saw that the garbage was still not emptied. The gentleman that I spoke with was much nicer and told me that I would hear back from him within the hour about someone coming back out. This did not happen. I called back again this morning (Tuesday 12/16) and I'm not sure if I was hung up on or if we were disconnected, but I did not get a call back, so I called back for a 4th time to report the same issue. I was again told that they would pass a message along and call me back to let me know if/when they could have someone come back out. It has been hours since then. In the meantime, it is only Tuesday and our dumpster is full. We have a pile of garbage inside our shop that we can't dispose of because of this issue. At this point I have had enough. We will be cancelling our services with this company since it is apparently extremely difficult to have the service completed that we pay for.
Recommendation: I do not recommend this company
