Casella Waste Systems review: Rude representatives and terrible service

Bulk pick-up must be scheduled in advance and although they say it is free, almost everything has a charge. They will leave recycling on the curb if it does not fit into the container or is not wrapped up in a super specific way. If they miss a pick-up due to weather they don't reschedule they make you wait a whole week. Customer service reps are extremely rude. Cannot cancel mid quarterly cycle-you have to call back exactly 2 weeks before the end of the cycle. Extremely difficult company to work with. Will be changing the first chance I get.
