Casella Waste Systems review: Casella is awful

Casella bought out Pinard, who was good, and since buying Pinard they don’t always empty the dumpster on scheduled days and charge you for times they don’t come. Don’t bother to complain, makes no difference. So, I cancelled their service with dumpster pickup scheduled for 1/30/26. Tow truck driver was here, 1/23/26 to pick up the dumpster, a week early and I didn’t know about it. Plus their prices keep increasing. Go with Win waste less expensive and better service
