Carx review: Bad service

Don't ever go to the Car X at 929326 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45251. I went there on September 7 2022 to get two front tires and some break pads for my back breaks. I was told I needed rotors and he up sold me for four tires.. no big deal. I seen them take my tires off and then was informed that they didn't have the tires in stock.. so I took my car to Walmart to get tires.. Walmart mechanic couldn't get the front tires off as Carx put the lug nuts on too tight. I took my car back to Carx and the manager refused to correct the problem that they caused. This place has a habit of doing this. lug nuts are not supposed to be put on a vehicle to the point where you can't get them off by hand with a crowbar. I had to take my vehicle to Firestone to get my tire lug nuts fixed. This place needs to be shut down
