I gotta say, Carter Business Service, Inc. hooked me up big time. I had some bogus accounts showin' up on my credit report and I was freakin' out about it. But these guys were on it. They got that [censored] removed in just 15 days, no questions asked. Plus, they were super professional and respectful about the whole thing. I'm definitely gonna hit 'em up again if I need any help with my credit. Thanks, Carter Business Service!

So, I sent this check to Carter Business Service for a good amount of money and asked them to pay a doctor out in some state, I forget where though. Anyways, they went ahead and cashed the check but for some reason the doctor didn't get paid. Like what's up with that? The check number was something like *** and I wrote the date as May 5th. They cashed it on May 11th though. Bottom line is, someone needs to pay the doctor and Carter Business Service needs to fix this ASAP. They better not be trying to keep my money either.

So, I got a letter from Carter Business Services saying I owe them some money. My parents already paid the bill to ***, but Carter Business Services is saying there's still $500 left to pay. I talked to Ric to figure out what's going on and now I need some proof. Like, I need to see the letter they sent to my parents, 'cause they were the ones in charge of paying the bill. And I wanna see why we gotta pay this extra money and if insurance is supposed to cover it. Plus, I wanna make sure that *** really did sell this debt to Carter Business Services. And like, I don't wanna get screwed over with my credit score or anything, so I wanna make sure this is all under my parents' name, not mine.
