In late March of 2025 oil light came on on our 2006 Lincoln Mark LT. We stopped checked, oil was low. Purchased oil, returned, added oil Allowing 15 min. before checking oil and starting. Ran for 5 min. shut it down, waited 15 min, checked for leaks and oil level. All good so we started home. 2 miles light came on. Claim denied because 1st time light came on we were required to call a tow truck. Contacted BBB, Carshield messaged they would pay us about 1/6 of what it cost. By then it was gone, and contacting info was bogus.

Claimed loss: Approximately $14,000

Desired outcome: Would like the $2,700 we were promised at the end.
