Cars & Credit Master I bought a car from Cars & Credit Master and it turned out to be a flood-damaged salvage vehicle

I bought a car from Cars & Credit Master and it turned out to be a flood-damaged salvage vehicle. I paid $10,000 for it and now I want a refund. This company should give me all my money back, either to my bank or credit card. The purchase was made on February 22.

Cars & Credit Master Unethical upcharges in the middle of my contract

Unethical upcharges in the middle of my contract. $7.95 convenience fee in the middle of the contract. Never been one before. In the middle of my contract, all of a sudden I have to either pay $7.95 with every payment for a convenience fee or enroll in auto-pay. Unethical to say the least.

wen I purchasd this vehicl one of the things in our contract is that they are supposd to provid me with a valid registration for my car. At the time I picked up the license plate I could tell it was completly disorganized and felt like the person getting me my license plate was not confident he was giving me the right plate. When I went to renew the registration it turns out I was right. The title office told me my license plate and Vin number do not match. This is just a normal mistake I would not be upset about. My complaint is that the title department at cars and credit Master has faild to return my call and everyone who has answered the phone has given me a different bogus response. I just want my dang registration. Or my money back.

I just recently put down $3000 down on a vehicle on 04/29, paid $129 for insurance on 05/13, and CCM deferred an additional $500 for the rest of the down payment for 05/14. On 05/21 they repossessed my car. I had been in contact with Ebony at CCM. I returned/answered her calls and advised that I was just getting back in town and trying to get a new debit card issued to me. Anyway, I never knew a repossession was filed. I had the car 3 weeks and my $3000 is gone over $500 that I actually had and was willing to give them. They did not try to work with me whatsoever. They made 1 attempt to contact me after I let them know that I was working on getting the payment to them. In that attempt, a VM was left advising me to call back and when I did, there was no answer. Before I could reach back out on my lunch break the next day, the car was taken. I no longer want to do business with CCM. It hasn't even been 30 days, so I'd like my $3000 down payment back.

Cars & Credit Master I'm a new customer at Cars & Credit Master and I made a down payment of $4,000 with an additional $1,500 deferred on a car

I'm a new customer at Cars & Credit Master and I made a down payment of $4,000 with an additional $1,500 deferred on a car. This happened on April 2. The manager initially said I would have two weeks to come up with the deferred amount, but it turned out that I only had five days until April 7. This was quite unrealistic considering the short time frame. I spent three consecutive days at the car lot dealing with these people.

Since April 2 fell on a Friday, I called the lender on April 5 to let them know that I couldn't come up with the full amount. I asked if we could add the deferred amount and my first payment together due to an emergency. The lender told me no, but said she would speak to her supervisor and promised to call me back. However, two days went by without any call, text, or email from them.

Finally, on the 7th, I received a call about the payment that needed to be made. Once again, I explained my situation, mentioning that I had experienced a death in the family. The lender expressed condolences for my loss and extended the payment deadline. She advised me to ignore any text or calls regarding the payment.

Unfortunately, on April 19, my car was taken away by the company. They took my $4,000 down payment and wouldn't allow me to pay the remaining amount.

Cars & Credit Master In June , I bought a 2019 Kia Optima from Cars & Credit Master

In June , I bought a 2019 Kia Optima from Cars & Credit Master. I put down $5,000 and the monthly car note was supposed to be $620. However, when I checked my credit report, it showed a higher monthly payment than $620. Whenever I needed CPI, they charged me an extra $160 on top of other fees every month. This place is a rip-off. I called them multiple times to ask about my payout balance and requested it to be sent via email, but the workers there seemed either high or simply didn't care. Around August , I fell behind on payments due to the pandemic. My source of income was suddenly shut off without any notice. Despite paying my car note on time for over a year without any issues, I struggled to catch up because I had just started a new job. Instead of charging me every two weeks, they started deducting over $400 from my weekly checks, which didn't seem fair to me. Every time I made a payment, it felt like they kept adding more charges, and the representatives on the phone always had trouble with calculations. So, my advice is to stay away from this place.

Cars & Credit Master I bought my car, a 2013 Lexus ES 350, from Cars and Credit Masters on June 24

I bought my car, a 2013 Lexus ES 350, from Cars and Credit Masters on June 24. When I purchased the vehicle, they didn't have the key to my Keyless Remote, which is used to start the car. They told me they had to order it and asked me to give them a week. However, I still haven't received my key.

On July 24, while driving my car, the check engine light and traction control light suddenly came on. So, on Monday, July 26, I called the dealership to inform them about the issue. I mentioned that if the car wasn't drivable, I might have to tow it in. However, I ended up driving it to the dealership.

When I arrived, the service department told me that it would take them 2 hours before they could look at my car. The way the service department and the manager, Sarah, treated me was absolutely disrespectful. They didn't even bother to look at my vehicle, even though it's still under warranty. They refused to diagnose any problems and told me not to bring my car back to their service department. However, according to my contract, they are obligated to look at my car and fix any issues.

I waited for two hours on their property, but they never looked at my car. The level of disrespect I experienced from the service department and the manager, Sarah, was truly disgusting.

Cars & Credit Master I bought a 2014 Acura on 01/02 and put down $3k

I bought a 2014 Acura on 01/02 and put down $3k. They said I had to pay the remaining $1k by 01/16. I told my salesperson Alfonso, who isn't here anymore, that I needed more time because I was in a car accident and had to go to physical therapy. He said I could make the payment later. After that, my phone was set to ignore calls from unknown numbers, so I didn't hear from CCM finance until I asked my salesperson for their number. I talked to CCM finance and told them I needed more time to pay, but they only gave me 24 hours to pay $1k and didn't want to help me. They repossessed my car and said I couldn't get it back because I broke the contract. I think that's not right.

Cars & Credit Master Confidenshul informashun was breeched to my husband who was not on my account

Confidenshul informashun was breeched to my husband who was not on my account. Never notified bout filin for a repossession. I would like to have late fees waived and have a payment arrangement made. I was refused a deferment cuz they said I had already asked for one and was denied. I never asked for a deferment was never contacted, they was speaking to my husband and not me. I was unaware of the situation. My mom passed *** July and also another family member, at the same time my job was closed down due to Covid. When I failed behind the company was contacting my husband. I called bout the informashun breech and was completely ignored bout my concerns. On the way to my mother's funeral which is in New Orleans and I'm in Texas I had a car accident and not have the car for 3 months. That's when I start to callin bout the car and found out I was behind made a payment of a thousand dollars. I asked why wasn't I contacted they said out loud what number they had been callin and the person they was speaking to who was not on my account and the number was not my correct contact informashun. I was treated unfairly and was not given options for any deferments or payments arrangements. I have documentation to prove I've had Covid twice also was laid off for months during the pandemic and had deaths in my family. Why was my informashun breeched and why was I not given any payment options then refused when asked. I've called and have asked to be called back and was never called back.

Cars & Credit Master I bought this car on 02/01

I bought this car on 02/01. When I went, I had my kids with me and I was trying to find a good car for us. It was a bit stressful trying to do paperwork and get a loan. They only had three options and they put me in a car they thought was good for me, but I didn't like it. I signed the contract because they said they would fix any problems with the car within a month or 1,000 miles. Within a week, I noticed that the heat on the driver's side wasn't working, the door panel was broken, and the brakes were bad. I told them about these issues, but it took them almost two weeks to fix the heat. Then there was a storm and my power went out, so I had to rely on my car. But I didn't have heat on my side of the car, only my kids did. They were supposed to fix the heat last weekend, but now it's even colder than before they fixed it. They said they would call me to fix the brakes, but I still haven't gotten a call. They want $650 a month for a 2012 Honda CR-V, which is too much. I don't have extra money for another car right now. I talked to the regional manager and he said I could upgrade to another car, but I have to wait until they have more cars. Right now, I owe $460 and I'm not paying because they haven't serviced my car properly. I don't want my car to be repossessed because they said they're reporting to all three credit bureaus, but that's not true. When I checked my credit, they're only reporting to Equifax, not Experian or TransUnion.

Cars & Credit Master First of all, I wanna start by sayin' why they gotta make it so dang easy for us folks from Louisiana to go to the dealership/finance company

First of all, I wanna start by sayin' why they gotta make it so dang easy for us folks from Louisiana to go to the dealership/finance company and get a car? 'Cause let me tell ya, they know they're a real strict company, but they don't bother tellin' ya that before ya sign them contracts. Back in November 2022, my son's father, who was also my partner for 12 years, got murdered in a real brutal way. And let me tell ya, I didn't have no insurance, so I had to fork out $8,000 outta my own pocket. Me and my son were mournin' for weeks, and on top of that, I still had all my bills to pay, includin' the car note. But did they care? Nope, not one bit. They sent the repo truck to my place twice. Sure, I missed a few promise-to-pays, but come on now, can't ya just tell 'em that you're dealin' with a death and burial fees or a depressed son? Nah, they don't give a hoot. They're like the mob or a cartel, all they care about is gettin' their money. They want a date when you can pay up, or else they'll send the tow truck after ya! I asked 'em time and time again for deferments, but they said my account wasn't eligible. At the time, I was only behind 'bout $1,000, which was for 2 notes and 2 CPIs. 'Round here in Louisiana, they usually let ya go 'bout 3 months behind before they repo your car. But nope, they didn't offer me no monthly payments, even though I wasn't gettin' paid biweekly. I had to catch a flight and take an Uber just to go do business with 'em 'cause of this rep named Emily. And let me tell ya, they got this chargeback payment that Chase sent back, $362, and they claim they don't have it. But Chase has assured me that they sent it. Right now, I'm dealin' with my younger sister Latavetter ***, who's in the hospital in Baton Rouge 'cause her breast cancer spread to her lungs and liver. 'Bout 3 months ago, she and her 6 kids got evicted from their home 'cause she couldn't work no more. So now she's stayin' in my small 3-bedroom house, and she can't do nothin' for herself. I've had to miss work for her appointments and such, which put me even more behind. And let me tell ya, it's been a real struggle tryin' to keep up with all these payments and deal with all this stuff goin' on in my life.

Cars & Credit Master I bought a car from Cars & Credit Master on March 4, and it was terrible!

I bought a car from Cars & Credit Master on March 4, and it was terrible! When I arrived at the dealership, the salesman wasn't there (I was told 3 hours later). They didn't keep the agreed-down payment, so I had to come up with more money. The salesman felt bad and even paid $250 towards the extra amount. I have text messages and conversations to prove everything I'm saying! They tried to discuss my personal information (SSN, income, credit) in a small office with 7 other people (I know all their personal and financial info). I recorded videos of this. I was kept there for so long that I asked to be moved because I was afraid my personal info would be discussed in a group setting. I paid a $5,000 down payment and was never told about the biweekly note of $671 or that a note would be due in 14 days. They also mentioned a "DEFERRED DOWN PAYMENT" of an extra $500 that I had already paid. Again, I have proof of the conversation and payment. I left the dealership angry and disgusted. Two traffic lights into my 4.5-hour drive back to Louisiana, the engine light came on! Fast forward to April 2, I received a text saying my plates were at the dealership, so I had to send a copy of my driver's license and mail again. I did that, but I never got the plates. Instead, I got a call about a car note that was behind (I hadn't even had the car for a full month) and a late down payment that I had already paid! Fast forward to May 4th, I walked outside and saw a tow truck taking my car. The driver said it didn't make sense because the car still had a temporary tag (which had expired because I still hadn't received my plates). According to the sales rep, I owed $1,800, but I couldn't pay until after they took the vehicle (which ended up being $2,600 a week later). Oh, my plate was overnighted then, and it was registered in Texas. How is that possible when I live in Louisiana? It's still a mess. They registered my car to an unknown address, and I still have no clue whose address it was. They are scammers. In the midst of all this, I'm a breast cancer patient.

Cars & Credit Master Incorect contract

Incorect contract. Basically I'm a first time buyer. Always had cash cars and my first time buying a car off the lot. What I was told does not match my contract. And I get paid bi monthly and they got my payments bi weekly. And I have one job and not two I lost my second job due covid 19. And and I told them. I have my second job info but I won't be working there nomore cause we got laid off. I put $1800down with deferred $500. I was told after the deferred down payments is made then your car payments of $262 +$59 in insurance will be due. But even when u pay deferred payment u gotta pay insurance to. So I paid $250 +$59 on 5/29 and I owed other 250$ on 6/15 so when I went pay my deferred payment. They said I owe 262 + $59 insurance plus 250$ thats 571$ almost $600 plus I have to pay rent off one check semi monthly. So for me give $2100 and two weeks later owe almost $600 is ridiculously especially with this pandemic going on. I get they trying sell cars and want sales. But as a country we all suffering and shouldn't take advantage of customer who is first time buyer and tell them one thing and then say u following the contract. Cause if I knew I had pay that much in so lil time after giving $2100 I never would of bought car. I would of find something else. I had Volkswagen Jetta TDI 2012, brown. My name ***. My sales team was a Hispanic guy and Sarah. And all I'm asking is a for fair deal. Where they lied to me just sell a car. And that's basically throwing away 2100$ I saved up. So I at least want a honorable contract that fits what make. And correct contract with correct dates cause I'm semi monthly not bi weekly. Or at least find me a car in my range of what I make. I need a vehicle for my kids and work. I just got a 2nd job this morning where they pick up car when I was in my interview. I don't mind paying and I communicated. And I'm on recorded line with ccm finance more then once. Stating what amount I owe and that my car payments are to start after deferred payment is paid as I was told when buying car. And I went by that agreement cause I knew that give me time to have my money. I just feel I did not get fair deal. And my contract wasn't what we talk about. And I got cat from cars and credit master in Garland tx 75042 forest ln across from Racetrack gas station. I do not have the account number or model number cause my contract is in the car and they pick up the car when I was in my interview. I haven't received a call from ccm finance since June 1-3 stating I already made one deferred payment of $250 plus $59 in insurance and I owe $250. They made a comment about car note payment, I explained to them that I owe one more payment of $250 and then my car payments start. And she ok and I will note that. I went in cars and credit master to pay on it. And they said I need wait for ccm finance to contact me cause I'm pass due on 6/6 car payment and I said but y'all said I don't have a car payment until after deferred payment. Then Sarah mention contract. And I'm like wow I never would of got the car for this type of payment if y'all was honest with me. I would find some cheaper and in my range. Knowing I only got one job and it's semi monthly and there's no way I can pay $2100 then 2weeks later give y'all $571 for deffered payment, car note and insurance and pay rent. So I wanna dispute my contract cause it was unfair and different from agreement we made and not does it match or add up with my dates of pay from my job or amount I make. So how can I meet payment date and not be late. If my payments not same as my pay date? Like I said I get it u trying make a sell. But we all hurting in world. And I don't have $2300 to throw away on a car. If u gone lie to me and try con me out my money for a sell. I don't mind paying but I my contract should be redone with all inaccuracies in the contract. And I will downgrade if need be.But I at least want a honest contract and honest payments that match my pay day and amount I get.

Cars & Credit Master The company took my car illegally and does sneaky collections stuff

The company took my car illegally and does sneaky collections stuff. Hi, I'm *** and I used to be a customer of CCM Finance. I'm getting ready to complain to the FTC, CFPB, and Dallas County Code Compliance about their sneaky collections practices, phone calls that don't follow FDCPA rules, and how they took my car without permission. I tried talking to Pamela Perkins, one of their employees, many times to sort this out before it got to this point. But she always refused to let me talk to anyone else about my account. I first contacted CCM in February when I lost my job, even before my payment was due. I asked if I could delay my payment, but they said Pamela was the only one who could do that and she wasn't available. They said she would call me back to get some information. But I got really sick in February (turned out to be Covid) and Pamela called me during that time. I told her I was sick and wanted to hurry up the call because she was asking questions I already answered. Before this, I would answer the question before she finished because I knew what she was going to ask, and again, I was really sick and talking was hard, which I told her many times. To put it shortly, Pamela was mean and super unprofessional. She kept trying to end the call for no good reason. The call was a mess and she didn't show any sympathy. Eventually, I convinced her to let me talk to someone else, but that person didn't do anything. They promised that Pamela would call me in a couple of days, but that never happened. After waiting for several days, I ended up calling myself and they said Pamela was still not available. Finally, she called me back at some point. She said my payment wasn't overdue, but I told her I wanted to be proactive because I had used up all my unemployment money and needed to plan with the little money I had left. I asked if I could delay my payments until the end of April or beginning of May because I was starting a new job on April 6, that paid $50 an hour, and I would be able to catch up then. I assured her that this was just temporary and I intended to pay my bill, I just needed a little more time. She said she would send me an email with all the documents I needed to submit to be considered for a deferment. She told me that deferments were based on whether the hardship was temporary and if I could afford it. I thought, great, I know this is temporary and I can afford the car now because my income has doubled since I first got it. But I never got the email she promised. I already had a feeling she was dragging this out because of how she treated me before. She had been unprofessional, talked down to me, and was just mean, so I knew why she was taking her time. But for me, this was really important. I went to their website and filled out the "contact us" section hoping someone else would reach out to me and I could tell them how she was treating me. To my surprise, I got an email from her again. I asked again for someone higher up to contact me, but she kept saying "No one is above her" (I'm so glad you guys record calls. I'm also sending a written request to the CFPB for all the written and phone conversations between me and CCM Finance.) She sent the email, and I sent back all the documents she asked for. This was on March 13. On March 16, Pamela contacts me and says she can't accept my job offer letter because I blacked out the company name and my manager's name. I told her I signed a non-disclosure agreement and couldn't give out that information. Then she said if I couldn't, she couldn't process my hardship application. I told her I would find a contact and get the information. I did and sent her the information on March 20. She emailed me back to confirm she got it. But then on March 26, I wake up to a text saying my car has been taken away. I didn't get a call, email, or text saying my request was denied.
