Carnival Sunrise Cruise Ship review: Customer services, housekeeping. And long lines

My name is katrina brooks I travelled on the carnival sunrise boat 5/30/2022 to 6/4/2022 My experience on this boat was the worst I've ever experienced..from the food down to the customers service my room had no tissue , I didn't meet my Stewardess until Tuesday night when he finally came to clean my room at 9:30 pm No towels or anything till Tuesday night..My dining experience was TERRIBLE the food was very unpleasant and small ,on the second day of dining at the radiance I order the pasta which was dry they send the same plate back out..everyday customer service lines was wrapped around the corner every day on top of them never answering the phone No one speaks English or can give u directions the food lines were ridiculous and hour to a hour in a half wait why should I be standing that long on my vacation I don't appreciate it at all..Everyone had attitudes not Friendly at all..Thisxwas just terrible I got the cheers package I felt like the drinks were watered down this was not a cheap cruise..very angry
