Ok so We had taken a cruises on 3/31/19 Carnival Miracle, so I had written in about the following about the cruise experience:

painted our balcony railing the fumes and smell did not allow us to enjoy our balcony, air conditioner went out, they were out side our room for most of the trip with wires and ladders making it hard to get in and out of room, working on elevators loud noises. So with that being said, I sent in a complaint and they were going to give me a on board credit on next booked cruise for $150.00, which was great I was okay with that.

Well, I booked a cruise in March of 2020 and was going to apply this on board credit to that cruise, however Covid hit and cruise line shut down March 2020 until the next summer.

I booked another Cruise for this September. I went to apply for my on board credit as promise. WELL, this care team member sent back saying it expired 24 months after offer. I tried to explain to her that the time they were closed down that time should not count against me. She send me back a respond she was finished talking about it. REALLY, I am a gold member. I do not complain, but the experience I had on the cruise I felt needed to be reported and then get a respond for a care team member of the above has really shocked me. I am not asking for alot just what I was promised...

Desired outcome: to get promised on board credits or more secondary to rude comments from team specialist
