Carlyna.com Received the fault colour of dress

I bought prom dress from the website www.carlyna.com. The experience was horrible, because I ordered rose dress, but received the blue dress. I sent it back, and after 3 weeks I got again blue dress. The seller didn’t communicate and all my many emails were sent to nowhere. I want to warn all people that the website is scam and the seller is fraud. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
