On October 1, 2022 Mr. Gonzales accepted a $4000.00 down payment on a Lanscaping job. The work was not completed. Only a portion of retaining wall that was installed. Water lines which were cut were not replaced. Low voltage electrical lighting was not installed. Additionally, landscaping round a planted tree was not completed. Bark was not spread across the planters as outlined in the contract. At the time the cement was poured we had to pay the cement truck and man who pumped the cement. He also asked for and received an additional $500.00 for materials. Multiple attempts to reach Mr. Gonzales have failed. The work was to be completed on November 1, 2022.
