Caritas Women's Care - OBGYN Services - Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group review: Billing department

I am a five-month pregnant woman already 18 months baby it's my second pregnancy. Time of the first appointment the doctor office billing department lady "SHERRY" said you do not change Insurance that time I have ambetter. This year's enrollment time ambetter premium is high and my husband has no job so I move on to Medicaid. But the doctor's office does not accept Medicaid she says our office policy is not accepted new insurance instead of old (at the time of the first appointment). So again I move on to Ambetter.

On my fifth appointment on Feb 10, 2022, one day before the billing department calls me we have to cancel your appointment because your insurance changed, and still our system show you cancel Ambetter. I ask I have already enrolled I have every proof but she talks to me rudely and says you change your doctor because our clinic does not take care of you. I call ambetter customer care number they gave me a reference number or authorization number and said this number give to Doctor's office today I call her and gave this number but still, she talks to me rudely and same "I AM NOT TAKE CARE TO YOU". I am mentally disturbed so much anxiety.
