friend the owner of CTBids, she offered up her platform to me when I told her I had jewelry to sale. I did a sale and it went well, she told me to bring my jewelry to her house and she would help me take pictures to put on a sale, so I went there and got busy. Then she wanted me to take her somewhere and went back to her house and it became late and we were to continue the next morning, I left my items there instead of dragging them back and forth.
The next day she was busy so we were going to start again the next evening. She ended up getting a client to start working for and I went over to house of her client and I had brought over some Sterling silver that was weighted
She was staying the night at the clients to shoot pictures the next thing I knew she grabbed all my jewelry and put it in her backpack and said she needed to do pictures of the clients.
Since that night she has had my jewelry, when I asked to come get my jewelry she will not give it back to me and she has had 2 sales recently and some of my jewelry was on her sale.
She paid me for only 2 items and stills owes me the rest of the money from the sale.
Then she had another sale which included 2 other clients items along with some of my jewelry and has not paid me for my items that sold.
Now she has another sale going and yes my jewelry is mixed in her sale.
She continues to avoid me and of give me the money of items she sold of mine.
Her moods are off the hook and she always would say she needs $2000 today I hope god blesses me today.
She has no intentions of paying me so I’m feeling smalls claims court might get her attention.
Her house is filled with boxes of items people bought that she claims didn’t pay for shipping
Her ENTIRE HOUSE!
I now feel this is theft and she’s not a friend
She needs to be stopped I’m printed out all paperwork I can with my jewelry to prove I own it. So my advice is to not have North Gilbert Az
For your estate sales. Shame on you Pat
