Carex review: Rollator

I recently purchased a rollator from Care x. When it arrived, it was in a large box that contained the original box for the rollator. Most of the pieces were not in the original box. They were scattered all over the large box. The rollator pieces seem to be okay, but there were no nuts or bults or any of the hardware to put it together. I really don't want to return it. I was wondering if you could send me the hardware. Please let me know if this can be done. I have been trying to phone the company for over a week but cannot get through.
