Below is a complaint I have filed in the state.

Spoke to Tara-Lee Powell, Agent # 1941868
Tara promised Ivonne in February that she was only applying for the dental and vision program, that it would not affect her Tricare for Life or Medicare. She would be able to see her doctors, and nothing would change. That’s a quote from her.
My wife Ivonne and I went over what we were looking to cover about her dental and vision, she told us what we wanted to hear. When my wife went to her next visit to the dentist she started to find about the truth, that it would not cover what her needs. After further investigation she found out that her doctors were not covered either. She needs an operation on her shoulders but her doctor for that is not covered.
This agent should be fired for lying and just caring about getting her quota met and a paycheck.
We called to cancel and were told we would get a letter that she had been canceled in 7-10 working days, which was at the end of April. No letter, the person on the phone told me her husband (Herb Krantz) to email a disenrollment form. I did it twice but got no response until I called Medicare and made a complaint. Monday, 6/30/25, we received a call from their Customer service person, Jeanette, the same day. Funny thing, she called when we were in the doctor’s office getting shots in my wife’s shoulders, both arms. The doctor didn’t charge. We spoke to her at 5:00 pm that night, 6/30/25. She said she would send in a report, A.A.A.P. She should be commended; she did what she said.
We then received a called from Jeanette Tues 1, 2025 that even though she put in an appeal for Ivonne, she told us that my wife cannot be cancel because it is passed the enrolment period. [censored] they just want to collect the money from Medicare, (Fraud).
Ivonne enrolled in this program in March, way passed the October enrollment period. If they can enroll her then why can they take her off!

P.S. My wife is 71 and is a cardio patient and needs her CPAP; they are trying to take it away. We need your ATTENTION to this matter A.S.A.P
If I can’t get this matter handled quickly I will be forced to go to Morgan& Morgan to represent her. I don’t want to do that so please get back to me quickly!
Claimed loss: PUT BACK ON TRI-CARE FOR LIFE & MEDICARE so my wife can see her doctors again, as she was promised. She needs her shoulder to be operated on, and her doctor does not accept CarePlus
Desired outcome: To be taken off of their program A.S.A.P. so my wife can mover forward
